The District recently received Notice of Recommendation for Conditional Approval and a Resolution to participate in the Classroom Facilities Assistance Program. The letter states the next step is for the Commission’s (OFCC) consideration of Determination of Conditional Approval, which is scheduled for July 11, 2019. Once approved, the resolution will be sent to the Controlling Board for approval and certification of funds on August 5, 2019. Over the past several months, Districts throughout the state have been waiting to receive this document from the Commission. We are looking forward to meeting with the Commission, beginning the process of securing an architect and working with teams of teachers, students and community members to design and construct our new facility.
